The now almost varnished Mark Gregory is still Thunder, the quiet, loving, crazy-ass Navajo Indian who takes about 70 minutes to indulge in a bloody massacre. He battled racist cops and big business in part 1, and got a girlfriend and a shot at being a part-time cop in 2. Here, the Italian crew are still in Arizona, USA and this time Thunder is fighting a group of OAP mercenary/survivalists commanded by a mental, war-scared renegade general called Magnum (Horts Shón).
The cheap action crawls along for main of this outing, but it’s no more than you’ve come to expect from the typical Gregory/Di Angelis revenger, so switch off your brain and soak up the explosions, dust clouds, more rednecks, racism, rubbish, cheap car chases, a few crashes, awful FX and pages of rank, rotten dialogue.
Of the few differences on display here, this ‘turd’ installment replaces Bo Svensons ‘evil’ sheriff with ‘nice’ sheriff John Philip Law (Dr Justice—75), Werner Pochat (Iguana With The Tongue Of Fire—71) replaces Sabato’s ‘Rusty’ and Thunder now has a gang of dusty warriors to help him, and an annoying, brat side-kick called Little Crow.
If ye must check out the series, nothing beats the comatic bomp of the original, tho’ yer far better viewing the trio in one session - which is not only an endurance test, it’s a whole block of craptastic fun.

All That For That?!?!
I love that Thunder wages a massive one-man war to ultimately collect a fundraiser cashbox that had to contain less money than he spent on getting stuff to wage his one-man war.
Poor old Thunder doesn't seem
Poor old Thunder doesn't seem to be playing with a full deck of cards. Neither do the writers. They do share a love of plate glass windows, which seemed to be missing this time around if I recall correctly.
